Most of our clients are very concerned with protecting their privacy. We understand that and have considered it in all our processes. You can be certain that confidentiality is highly prized at Samson Hair Restoration. While we would love to publicize the many satisfied clients, we will not put our economic interest ahead of our clients' interest in confidentiality.

Special Services Program
Occasionally, some clients require special arrangements to further guard their privacy beyond our standard practices. Through our Special Services Program, we can accommodate them. Below are some features of the program.

Personal Attendant - Each client works exclusively with a personal attendant who arranges travel and accommodations, if necessary. In addition, the personal attendant provides post-procedure, in-home consultation visits and suture removal, thereby relieving the client of the need to return to the office after the procedure.

Weekend Appointments and Closed Facility - Weekend appointments are standard at Samson, though offices are typically closed on Sundays. Through our Special Services Program, we will perform procedures on Sundays. For any Special Services client, the office is closed to all other appointments on the day of the procedure regardless of which day of the week the procedure is performed. On those days, there will be no other appointments for any reason.

Private Car Service - We'll transport clients by private car service accompanied by their personal attendant.

Assumed Name - All procedure information and records pertaining thereto will be maintained under an assumed name. This will insure that the client's identity is protected even if these files were to fall into the wrong hands. No client photographs will remain in the chart, but will be maintained on CD in the sole custody of senior management of Samson.

Confidentiality Agreements - All personnel will sign extensive confidentiality agreements prohibiting the disclosure of any information about the client's identity.

Customized Restoration Strategy - Samson Physicians will custom-design a restoration strategy to insure the most gradual change in appearance without compromising the completeness of the end result. This may involve several smaller procedures over a longer period of time rather than one or two procedures within a few months.
